This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no analytics services. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google. Letter-template generation runs entirely in your browser; your entries are not transmitted to us. The chosen font size is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When the website is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, user agent) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Vercel belongs.
When you use the financial-provider check, your browser sends your search query (the company name or domain you entered) directly to the FinBe.org application programming interface. For technical reasons your IP address is transmitted to FinBe.org in the process. No further personal data is transmitted.
When you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) in order to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Sending is handled by the service provider Resend, Inc. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing.
When you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address until you withdraw your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by message to info@verbraucherschuetzer.org.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
